START YOUR JOURNEY TO BETTER SLEEP WITH NIGHTLASE®

Laser Snoring Treatment

WHAT IS NIGHTLASE®?

NightLase® is a groundbreaking non-invasive and painless treatment that utilizes laser energy to stimulate natural collagen production and tighten the tissues in the back of the throat and the soft palate. This process helps to move the soft palate away from the back wall of the pharynx, which reduces the tissue vibrations during sleeping.  As the airflow is open, there is a significant reduction of snoring. The treatment is designed for people who snore but don’t want to undergo invasive surgery or rely on mechanical devices.

This treatment offers long-term benefits with minimal discomfort and no downtime.  The procedure takes less than 30 minutes and maintenance is recommended at 12-month intervals.

HOW NIGHTLASE® WORKS

  • Consultation: Your journey begins with a consultation with Dr. Van to assess your condition and determine if NightLase® is the right solution for you.

  • Treatment: During the procedure, the laser will gently heat the soft palate, throat, tongue and surrounding areas to stimulate collagen production and tighten the soft tissues. You will feel a mild heating similar to sipping coffee as the treatment typically lasts 30 minutes.

  • Results: After the procedure, you can return to your daily activities immediately. You may experience a sensation of a sore throat, but this side effect is temporary. Many patients begin to notice results after one session, with optimal results typically achieved after 3-4 treatments.

  • Maintenance: To maintain your results, periodic touch-up treatments are recommended, ensuring continued improvements in snoring reduction and sleep quality.
